When we first decided to dip our toes into sports photography (at the request of a team looking to change things up) we knew we would do things differently. As moms who have been through the process ourselves there were a few things we knew we hated and were passionate about changing. The first thing we decided to do away with were the paper forms! No more paper forms! They lead to chaos, confusion, and disappointment (when you forget to bring the form and you can’t get your picture taken). You are not paying up front for a picture you haven’t seen- nope! Next, we wanted the entire process to be fun. Sports photography shouldn’t be a chore or a hassle but a fun time for every child (and as easy as possible on the adults in charge). Every athlete gets their picture taken. If we have time, we happily encourage pictures with siblings and friends as well- and we love to get coaches in pics with their children! Afterall, it’s not just the sport you play, but who you play it with! And because we could never narrow it down to just one picture of each athlete, we take a bunch of different poses and expressions and throw them all in to your gallery. Finally you will receive a link to an online gallery. You will look at all of the pictures of the athletes and teams and choose the ones you want! Listen parents, we know just remembering to bring your child to the field at the right time on the right day in their uniform is a lot, so we aren’t going to make it harder for you!
